M&P successfully installed the interior works on this Prestige Project, working nights and weekends, thus ensuring the Project was delivered to a high standard and on programme. M&P’s experience was fundamental in completing this most challenging Project. This was one of the most challenging renovations schemes we have encountered, which incorporated new build also. I think it would be fair to say this Project took the interface of new and old build to another level.
M&P installed the drylining, fire/acoustic stopping and Mf Ceilings to a very high detail and standard to achieve the relevant dB/Fire ratings required to the project due to the interfacing of the residential and commercial areas.
