Our Expansion

M&P invested in a purpose-built factory and offices to support the growth of the business and to position the company in a more specialist market: the manufacture of prefabricated steel houses and medium rise superstructures, delivered off site in partnership with our established supply chain.

The current Directors are examining opportunities that align with our long-term objectives, with a clear emphasis on advancing into loadbearing construction. This progression builds on our established expertise and represents the next step in fully utilising our factory investment while strengthening our position in the sector.

M&P’s experience will enhance the installation of cold rolled steel framing sections for fast-track construction of loadbearing superstructures across both commercial and domestic projects. Established systems such as Metframe, or equivalent designs, provide a light gauge, cold roll formed galvanised steel structural framing solution that combines speed of construction with the stability and integrity required, without reliance on a primary steel or concrete frame.

Future plans include the continued development of manufacturing and installation processes, working both within our factory and in collaboration with trusted partners. We are being encouraged to expand by many of our valued clients, and this external support is an important factor in shaping our considerations. This approach is intended to secure consistency of quality, efficiency in production, and meaningful reductions in construction time.
