New Second Rhondda Hospital

M&P were specifically brought by in Diespeker to install the works on this Project given our vast experience of working on Hospital Projects. The exterior envelope on this Project was blockwork, which had a detrimental effect on the internal works due to excessive water egress, hence an elongated works programme. However, M&P’s vast experience ensured a trouble free installation and an excellent working relationship with the Main Contractor throughout our time on Site. Using our experience we advanced the high level plasterboarding on the opposite side of the first fix wall, which resulted in M&P completing the fire/acoustic stopping and more importantly it meant that when second fix plasterboarding started we could claw back any lost time by installing full plasterboards.   M&P were also pro active in the design of certain aspects of the project such as nurse base station ceilings and bulkheads, foyer linings and ceilings, skylights etc. in conjunction with the architect and main contractor.
