HiVE Project – High Value Engineering Facility

Originally the HiVE Facility started under ISG, and due to the sad demise of ISG the project moved to CMB. Despite the disruption and gaps in information, we continued the drylining and SFS package running after a short transition period. We worked closely with the new site team to align details, sort outstanding queries, and keep access clear for follow-on trades. We kept consistent communication with CMB during the transition which helped stabilise sequencing and supported a smooth finish on a job that could have easily drifted off track. The change of contractor didn’t affect the way we worked, and we finished the SFS and drylining packages to the same standard planned from the start of the project.
