Description
M&P were engaged by the Main Contractor to deliver the internal fit-out on the refurbishment of Palace Theatre Swansea. We handled all drylining, suspended ceiling installation and fire-stopping across the building. Our ability to coordinate with M&E, structural trades and site management ensured smooth workflow and timely completion, even with the tight scheduling and varied room layouts typical of a theatre building.

- Drylining and metal stud partitions throughout complex internal spaces
- Suspended ceilings in auditoria, back-of-house areas, corridors and support spaces
- Fire-stopping of all penetrations, compartment lines and ceiling voids
