Seven years ago, Corey Thomas joined M&P as a Labourer on our Howard Gardens site in Cardiff, a role he carried out for the full 12 months we were on site. His work ethic was second to none, so we gave him the opportunity of becoming a Trainee, being mentored by our Senior Operatives and Black Hats.
Corey relished the opportunity, grabbing it with both hands and never looked back. He has become an integral part of the M&P Site Team and is very much the go-to man for any task, a joy to have on site.
We are thrilled that Corey has accepted our invitation to join our other Black Hats, and he now starts his new journey into Site Supervision & Management.
Congratulations Corey, you are a credit to yourself, your young family and M&P, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.
